1. Store Safely: Keep your 14k gold and diamond pieces in your E.Luntz soft pouch or jewelry box when you are not wearing them to prevent scratches. Keep each piece stored separately or separated by a soft cloth, as they can scratch each other (this includes earrings sold as a pair).
2. Avoid Harsh Chemicals: Keep away from cleaning products, perfumes, and lotions as much as possible, as they can damage the finish and stones.
3. Gentle Cleaning: Use a soft, lint-free cloth to gently wipe your jewelry after wearing. For deeper cleaning, use warm soapy water and a soft brush, pat dry with a clean towel.

Jewelry purchased directly from E.Luntz is guaranteed repairs on defects in material and/or workmanship for a period of 30 days from day of delivery. Normal wear and tear, improper care, or damage resulting from misuse will void this warranty. E.Luntz jewelry purchased from third party vendors is not eligible for repair under warranty.

If an item has been damaged and you are interested in a repair, please send a photo and description of the damage to info@eluntz.com. We are happy to assist you in repairing your item once we’ve assessed the damage and let you know if a repair is possible, as well as the cost for repair. If you would prefer to take to a local jewlery repair shop, we can assist you in finding one in your area.
