Return Policy
If you've changed your mind, you have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return for a refund.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@eluntz.com with your order number and “Return” in the subject line to start the return process.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping will be deducted from the refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All returns must be unworn, in their original condition and packaging, and will be subject to a quality control inspection. We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the item is determined worn, damaged, or unsellable.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable/Custom Items
All custom pieces are final sale. This includes customizations like engraving, gold color, or special order sizes.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive your intended purchase is to return the item by following our Return Policy. Once the return is accepted, begin a separate purchase for the new item. Email info@eluntz.com with any concerns or specific exchange-related requests.
Refunds
If you've changed your mind, you have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return for a refund.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Initial shipping costs will not be refunded, and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@eluntz.com.
